Some in awhiles…

Some in awhiles

I gaze upon the moon

The pure brilliance of it

Beguiles All parts of me

I fear too soon

My life’s miles

Will multiply

Like ripples in a lagoon

Or become like all those piles

Of a desert sand

Brushed away

By the wind’s hand

My life energy thus crushed

By such force

But I know those some in awhiles

Will become once

And that once will

Become hardly ever

For I fear not what lies ahead

As all of time is here and now

Always and forever

So though I might ripple

And blow away

Filled with love

The energy will always stay
